This is my new day rate for my simplicity package. This includes coverage with us starting with the groom getting ready and then heading over bride. Then we finish after the first dance which usually happens after the grand entrance into the reception.

This includes coverage with us starting with the groom getting ready and then heading over bride. Then finishing about 30 minutes after the dance floor opens. This allows us enough time to capture everyone having a good time before they start to get sweaty and drunk.

I try to take no longer than 14-28 days to edit your wedding photos and video and submit them to you digitally. After your products are delivered digitally we can set up a time to meet for a USB or I can have it mailed to you.

With my background in sports photography with TFC and the Argos I would at times need to edit and submit photos before the game ended and we even stepped off the field. This has made me very efficient. Ill never the Amazon prime though.

When I found out that the industry standard for submitting portraits and wedding photos was anywhere between 6-12 weeks it made me sick to my stomach. This is also an issue because everyone has a smartphone nowadays so the first images of your wedding you see on social media are grainy phone pictures. I want to deliver the photos to you as fast as possible so people remember the great shots not the grainy and low quality phone shots from your friends and family.

For packages we take 50% of the fee at contract signing and the remainder due morning of your wedding.

We take the initial fee to secure the date for you. This is a security for us so we are not holding the date specifically for you and you decide to go with someone else last minute costing us a customer that we might have booked on your wedding day. Going into a wedding when the entire fee has been paid lets us focus on our job of capturing your day and not having to worry if at the end a customer is going to pay or not (this has happened). Also there is nothing more awkward then going up to a bride and groom at the end of the night when they are having fun on the dance floor with their guests and being like "well this was nice so can I get paid now?"

all I can say is last year I went through some dark times. I I let my communication and delivery times slip for a couple of my clients. It was very unprofessional and I wish I could take it back because it must of been a stressful situation for those couples. In the end I delivered everything but I wont beg them to remove the reviews as some others would. Or give incentives like some amazon sellers to remove a bad review. I like having them there as an accountability to myself to never let that happen again. I don’t try to hide them that’s why they are linked on my website. I want to be as honest and authentic as I can be with my couples. Mistakes were made.

I don’t want to turn away anyone. We can discuss it and build a custom package for your needs and budget.
-
I have no set limits. After your wedding I sit down and eliminate any shots that were blurry or unflattering to anyone. I edit the rest of the photos. This could mean you get 500-1000 photos but that all varies on how long your coverage is, how many people are at your wedding, how many locations we shoot at.
-
I can’t say I have a set style when it comes to the final edit of the image. Every wedding is so different. I don’t want to limit myself to one preset look for the rest of my career. My couples can request any editing style they want from me. Or they leave it in my hands to do as I see fit with their wedding day. This might mean you’ll see a few different style photos. A scene might look good light and airy but then a spot might be a neat place to do a dark and moody shot. I like to give you a different variety.
-
I dont withhold any images. After a wedding I sit down and eliminate any blurry photos, exposure test shots, unflattering shots and shots where you had your eyes closed. Everything else gets edited and submitted to you.
-
If I have the flu or a cold I still show up at your wedding. If I got hit by a car and im in the hospital then my associate photographers will be dispatched to take care of you and your wedding. If I am able to then I will still do the edit of your wedding photos. We dont want to leave anyone hanging especially weeks before the wedding.
-
We can get some amazing photos in the rain, that is why I spent thousands of dollars on buying gear that is weather sealed so I dont have to worry about getting wet. When it comes to your engagement session and you dont want to get wet then we can reschedule. Please be aware that I have limited availability during wedding season and the shoot might have to happen during a week day. For your wedding day I encourage you to buy a couple umbrellas, we can get incredible photos in the rain!

Your wedding date is not secure till you sign the contract and pay the initial fee. We are already booking 2027 weddings.
-
You are not required to feed us because I know that is a extra cost for you. But we will not turn down a meal if offered. If no meal is offered we may still take a break to grab something to eat because if my grandma finds out I went more than two hours without food all hell is gonna break loose.
-
I now have over 300 weddings under my belt and I have come to find out that its hard for the couple to predict a year or two in advance how many hours they will need us for. This adds extra pressure on the couple to either cram everything in during the hours they booked us for or end up paying the overtime fees. The day rates I offer now helps couples feel relaxed knowing if they book a package that is getting ready to dance floor opening it doesn’t matter if the dance floor opens at 8 or at 11, we will be there.

I can save your quote for 30 days. If prices change your quote will change.
-
Majority of the time we do not split up as we are shooting both video and photos. We can do this by starting with the groom and the groomsmen, getting our essential shots and then spending the rest of the time with the bride before the ceremony.
-
As of right now I hold all my meetings in south Etobicoke. This is because of a couple clients that have stood us up in the London and Niagara area. If a meeting is not convenient for you then we can have a phone conversation or communicate through email or social media.
-
Generally I do not go see the venue beforehand. I may look at pictures online to get an idea but 99% of the time we show up to the wedding early enough so we can do a walk around. If you insist on us going to see the venue before the wedding date I will have to charge for that. If you would like us to be a part of the rehearsal that can arranged too.
-
Honestly, we are getting away from charging travel fees in most places. We want couples to pick their package and not worry about extra fees associated with their wedding. Let’s be real, It would be like asking an employer to pay for you to get to work everyday.

As of 2024 we are offering drone coverage now.
*I’m impressed you made it this far. Mention this and get 5% off your package at booking.
